abandoned teenage monther by parents is seeking for advice

A young girl of 17 got pregnant without knowing who impregnated her, the guy she felt was responsible denied her,knowing that she has other guys.

Now the problem is that she has been abandoned by all,including parents.and now she is 19 and baby 1+.
The question she is asking is "WHAT DO I DO"plz post your advice
